Promotion from Mestis to Liiga

Hi!
Can you get promoted from Mestis to Liiga in the game? And if yes, with what kind of conditions?

I'm not sure about the conditions -- I'm thinking there's probably relegation playoffs -- but, yes you can. At least for now, until the rules are updated. And promotion from Suomi-Sarja to Mestis also works. Not sure, but I guess it works from Division II to Suomi-Sarja as well.

Thanks! Then I guess it's like in FM except only 1 team gets promoted/relegated?

There used to be a problem with Euro promotions in regards to budgets.
You get promoted in May, but your budget doesn't get updated until July.
Has that been changed?

I have no idea. I've only played with Espoo Blues, who are already in Liiga, and I've not checked the budgets in my blog-save either.
