Editing questions regarding my historic database

Hello, i'm about 75%, through creating a 1992 database, but am running into a few minor irritants..Any help would be appreciated. I've used the function to change everyone's age by 14 years
1) Contracts. Some free agents only ask for 450,000 when they should be asking for 10 times that.
2)Contract related- when simming through a season it comes up with a box message to say come contracts are invalid due to the end date. I haven't bothered with contracts yet, whenever i've seen one i've just put it to 1990. How do i find the contracts that are causing the error?
3)Some players-well prospects, don't stay as prospects, for example Eric Lindros even if i put him on the oshawa generals and give the nhl rights to philadelphia, he still shows up as an unrestricted free agent
4)Players under the age of 18 don't show up in the draft but can instead be signed as free agents- even if i remove all their rights and drafts?
