EHM The Blue Line

I am the GM of the Oilers, and Connor McDavid only has 21 Points in 39 Games and Nuge only has 14 Points. Both of there wingers are getting lots of points. How do I get them to score more points?

tactics- usually put your shift length to 60 secs, very attacking stance, tempo high, shooting heavy and passing creative. As haven't checked out mcdavids stats- if both wingers are fast- set style to free flowing and wingers cross
