Hi, I really need your help because it's quite ruining the game.

I don't know where could be a problem because there hasn't been any patch for a month but probably during second season, which could be 2-3 weeks back, qualifying offers stopped working.
After the season almost all RFA players are released even when teams offered them contracts. They rejected them and I can't of course see if they met the condition but in my case I have FIlip Forsberg with 4,5mil ending contract, I offered him 8mil, he rejected it but it didn't count as qualyfing offer. Even when I am in the window with offering new contract I can't see the condition for qualyfing, I think it has always been there. Please help! Is it only my problem or does anyone else has the same problem? Thank you!

Which database and ruleset are you using? THe only one I know that was not working (there may be others) was 2006 rulesets before a patch about 2 months ago did not have qualifying offers working at all. If the database was imported with 2006 rules before that patch, RFA's do not work.

Thank you for your answer but database is TBL Rosters 2015/2016 8.0a and ruleset might be default, I just changed the salary cap later by 2-3 millions. Could there be a problem? I think I have played different GMs with this database and changed the salary cap later as well and everything was ok.

Might have something to do with the history not being updated for that db which causes problems with RFA? I'm not sure, just spitballing here.

In different save was everything ok. And database was same.
