Wanting to ask, what roles use this attribute (Head coach, scouting, etc...)

Is this an attribute to put high value on when signing staff?

Sorry for being a newb!

I would assume it's for the coaches. I value it.

Like Tasku, I also value a high working with youngsters attribute. Especially for coaches on the farm team.
