Question On Player Pics and File Pixel Sizes

How does one go about taking a jpg picture and using it for a players mugshot in ehm? Id rather be able to use my own pictures for players instead of the ones available here on the site.

You have to make the pictures 157x200 pixels and then the filename should be :
Firstname_Surname_day_month_year.jpg
So if a player is called Carl Roche and is born the 9th of october 1984, then the file should be named :
Carl_Roche_9_10_1984.jpg
