Unsettled?

What would cause a player to become unsettled, and what will help that go away.
Casey Bailey was unhappy with the Senators because he was 'expecting a callup' So with his decent stats in the minors I decided to call him up for a few games, his 'Unhappy' status didn't go away, but the reason changed to 'unsettled'.
Anyone got any tips?

Try changing his status (i.e., from youngster to core player or something similar). Usually when a player is unsettled it is related to his status with the team.

Seems to have worked, thanks.
