EHM 2015 ONLINE LEAGUE

Hi New to this whole EHM thing.
Me and a couple of friend want to have a shared league.
I managed to start one on which we are now all able to connect(I'm an IT guy, port forwarding and all this stuff is done). I have EHM running 24/7 on a dedicated server.
My question: Is there a way to manage each our team without being there ALL at the SAME TIME.
We can only get in the game when we are all connected at the same time. After that we can all manage our team. Then our other problem is that when someone leave ( on vacation) and all the other are ready, we can advance as much as we can without him being there ( so he cant misses simulations ).
All in all is there a Best Practice guide for hosting a EHM league?
