EHM The Blue Line

I'm starting a free-agent team (team with no roster players or staff at start), and browsing through all of the players and staff, I've noticed that a few decent options lack English as a fluent or basic language? Does this have any effect on their performances/coaching ability? I assume that adaptability plays a large role in determining the scale of the effect if it's actually there for more than just fluff.

IIRC it does. After a while the players or coaches will learn english and everything will be fine. I think the only problem it does (correct me if I'm wrong) is that maybe it's gonna be longer before your tactics works better.
