EHM The Blue Line

Ive made facepacks before so i think i know what im doing. Started with a few players from Guildford done 3 they all about the same size and correct file but only 1 is showing in the game ??

Are they all the same file types? I.e. JPG or PNG?

I managed to clear it up some of the files were going to another location for some reason.
