EHM The Blue Line

What is it in the game that happens on August 1 to Aug 2 in the game year? I am having the Averaged club salary go from about 63,000,000 to 71,500,00 without adding any players or have contracts increase in the game I'm in. Does anyone know what this is or why it happens? I do have a save of the game if that will help....
