It means you're King not GM; the only way you can loose the job is if you die :-D They can't fire you.

Other question: I have upload my files on your download selction, also functioned, but then comes the text, Admin Team must testing the File. how long does it last?

activated: you're the King.
not activated: They're the King. You CAN be fired.

Cool?

As far as wait times on file testing, you'd have to ask one of the big 3 : Minty, Calv or Archi.

Cheers.

I activated this during my game and I still got sacked a few years later... :(

Do I have to start a new game for this to work?

I'm having the same issue, thankfully I have a save right before I get sacked but every time I load it I still get sacked on the same day. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your preferences - I've found after updates they reset (currency, dates, units of measurement etc) but it also seems to untick this option!

The board when the disable is ticked will still fire you if you have terrible performance over a long period. When the box is not ticked they will fire you far more aggressively and get unhappy very fast as opposed to over a long period of poor performance. It only takes a few months with it turned off...

Hope that's not true. It's not really disabled at all then! Need to fix that.
Some people want to just play as their favourite team forever, through highs and lows, and selecting this option is surely meant to allow that!

Seems to me that "disable" means it shouldn't happen, and if it does I think it's a bug that should be reported to SI

Could be, it definitely unticks itself so I wonder if once it has unticked it doesn't matter if you re-tick it.

I remember this being the same way in EHM 07, where you'd get fired even though you shouldn't. Probably just something that hasn't been looked at since going to EHM EA. I wouldn't think it'd be that hard to fix.
