Has anyone had luck in getting minor league players to stay on the team for more than just 1 year?

This wouldn't include the AHL, it's easy to get those to sign for 2 or 3 years. I'm talking about the CHL or ECHL, thanks.

Yep about 20-25 down the first page titled ECHL Contracts. Minty gonna be mad!
