Medical staff?

If i hired more medical staff does that will make my players injured less?

It may lessen the amount of injuries in training theoretically but I think it shortens the amount of time players are injured more than the amount of injuries altogether.
You can only have a maximum of 3 physios so you may as well always have 3, especially in bigger leagues

Seems like hluraven is right. In my game, I use only 2 trainers instead of 3 (but they have really good mental attributes, not only high rating in physical therapy).
Niklas Hagman got injured in playoffs. I got reports that it would last for 4 months (tendons or something like this). But in the middle of free agency, he actually was able to start a full-practice with me. I think good physios shorten the amount of time players are injured.
