Alright well I went click "continue" and I got this error message
http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/5045/grrge2.jpg . So then I decided I was going to try and re-install it, but then I needed to un-patch it first. So I go to un-patch it - same error. Help please!

I've never seen that problem before. If someone around here can't help you out, then you might want to make your way over to the SIGames forum. I know that the creators and stuff like that are there.
They would definitely be able to let you know what is going on.
Then again, seeing as it is an error like that, it could be your computer and not the game. Just depends, but like I said, I can't really help. I can only tell you to wait around here for it or go over to SIGames forum and see if you can't get some help over there.

crashes like this are best taken to the SI forums. But I have to say, I do get some fairly random crashes in this game. Have you tried just re-starting and running EHM without any other software running at the same time?
Cheers.

By the way, if you want to re-install the game to see if that helps. You don't have to unlicense the game before doing that.
If you go to that option on your computer and then choose to uninstall that game from your computer, it'll give you the option to actually get rid of it or just to repair it.
Choose repair and see if that will change anything. Plus, it won't mess your game up and make it unlicensed or anything like that. I've done that myself a few times before, because I had some weird stuff going on in my games and it never changed it or made me mad and trust me, if it would do that, I wouldn't tell you to do this.
But then again, it's up to you if you want to do it.

What software do you have running in the background? It might be that something is conflicting with EHM and causing the crash. Are you running a custom/edited database? Have you made any other alterations to the game? Is it a specific date ingame when it crashes or is it the first time you click on 'Continue'?
