Who should our next Challenge Team be?

Based upon our previous voting the two teams remaining for consideration for our first Challenge under the new North American Update rules are the San Jose Sharks and the Washington Capitals.
San Jose is closer to the Islanders Challenge with a basically playoff ready team. The Caps are closer to our efforts to rebuild the Minnesota Wild. I've added Columbus to the list to have a team in the middle ground. They made some interesting moves in the offseason and they could be on the brink of being a contender.
Here's the team information to consider before voting:
San Jose
And yes, you can get Ovechkin signed before the season if we play Washington
