Is it just me or the first draft in the "Q" is always a failure.

I thought with the new update it would be a better draft but the skill of the players were still very weak.

I would like to get an explanation why they have made the first draft so weak in the "Q" when the OHL and the WHL have better players and better team at the start of the first season...?

Take a look at the real life Q drafts. The last few years the Q is considered the weakest of the CHL leagues, so this may be the reason. The league has been considered the weak sister for some time now.

Plus, in the new update, I thought Lidas hadn't gotten to the point of adding all of the new players to fill out the CHL. Wouldn't that also be a factor? I'm guessing in the next release, the Q and the other CHL leagues are all going to be better stocked.

Right..this is correct. The Lidas 1.0 does not include the junior leagues with changed attributes or created players as of yet. Later version will get there....
