EHM The Blue Line

Hello,

I think i have it..
I run EHM 2007 on a Mac, 3.0.4 version (still a demo)

But when i install the game my database file are still .dat files but when i start the game they will get copyed to .dam files.
So i had a clear moment and was thinking what if i change the database before running the game the first time.

So i did. i use a PC and installed the 1.4? pregame editor and i transfered my .dat files to the PC then run the editor and i only change Eric Lindros from Dallas to New York just to see if it works out.
So i saved the game and trasfered back the files to my Mac and run the game.

everything worked out just great Lindros in at the Rangers roster.

But when i do this with the Lidas Data update my game crashes!!!
I think because in this Database also teams and competitions have bin edit or not?


Somebody that knows more of it?
And maybe can help (knows) where i can find a Database that isn't crashing my game?

I don't want the line-ups to be perfect up-to-date like how they are right know.
But just a few thinks like Toews in the game a bit unfake the game..
that would be cool..

Maybe if i can make the game run good on a Mac with a nice Data, then i will buy my KEY again.

Can you tell me how to patch my ehm 2007 to 3.0.4?

I'm using the mac demo version, in preferences it says "3.0.0b4762".
