Bonuses

If I sign a guy with a bonus clause, that only counts stats he accumulates at the NHL level right? Like if the guy reaches that amount of assists in the AHL, no bonus?

Yes. It applies only for points within the league you are in. Actually, you cannot set bonuses for points reached in other league(s). The same applies for sending players to affiliates as well as for loaning players away.
