EHM The Blue Line

When i was playing EHM 2007 without any roster updates, there was a really good player on phoenix named peter mackie. he was drafted 15th i think in the 2005, 2006, or 2007 draft. i dont remember but i know it was one of the drafts that had already happened before the game began



I looked at his stats, and he is a real guy, he has stats before the game began


Yet, when i played with the lidas 1.1,1.2 and 1.3 roster update, i would search at the very beggining of the game for him, and he was not there. he was not even part of any draft in the update, and i cannot find him anywhere.


I even searched his name on google, and could not find anything substantial. So, what I'm asking is, has anyone heard of this guy or know who he is, and why he's not in the roster update.

I'm sorry to the administrators if this post is in anyway not acceptable and ends up being locked. But instead of the usual critisism given to posters, i would really appreciate it if you could just kindly tell me where i should move this post. Thank You

In the original database, there are many faked players - Real players, but with their names changed.

The player you are looking at was drafted 15th in the 2005 draft, and thus he is Ryan O'Marra IRL (and in my database).

You couldn't find anything about him simply because there is no such player in reality. Peter Mackie is a faked version of Ryan O'Marra, originally drafted 15th overall in 2005 draft by the NY Islanders. I believe that his rights are currently held by the Edmonton Oilers organisation.

The first time i've seen this guy the first time i've play EHM i was like What the Dickens is that guy. Just like a certain Topp Paul......who is Toews actually. lol

Was Ryan O'Marra faked in the database? I thought it was only College players? Long time ago since i used the original DB...

getzlaf, there are couple of others "big" names, like in original db there was Derek Nelson aka Jack Johnson,
Mikko Lehtonen in Wolf Pack aka Lauri Korpikoski... Many others I think

And all Switzerland-based players were unfaked and all Finnish-based non-players.

In Swiss are Kimmo Rintanen, Ville Peltonen, Jukka Hentunen etc.

Ain't they like Petri Nurminen, cos I found his abilities same(ish) to Rintanen

Yeah, but i'm very pleased that their names are real in Lidas DB's.

Me too, that makes the game even better!

One of the best young defencemen with the original DB is Eric Jonhson who's call Richard Adams. Kyle Chipchura at MTL is call Darren Morris.

ya, as you can see, he does have stats prior to the game


I also have richard adams as eric johnson in the original database, and toews is not there. well, i guess it doesnt mater cause i play lidas 1.3 and hopefully 2.0 very soon

Kinda he is. Guy named Todd Paul. Thought like, hey,man, Toews were kinda hi drafted in 2006 and also by Blackhawks, and I like alot of Blackhawks, looked up in my game, and there he was. Nice that you helped me out by your "request".
