A database with everyone invalid?

Does anyone have a database with every staff member set to invalid (or as many as possible seeing as there's that problem with player/coach staff). I've almost got one done myself (manually switching one by one is tedious) but it just so happens that it has kinda it seems broken waivers since the computer never claims anyone from it anymore. I mean, it's great in a way of course, can move players up and down however I want without repercussions. But it does damage the game balance a bit so I rather have it. So I'd rather use another db if possible. Anyone got one? I want it because I'm prepping for a patch (expected release a long effing time from now because I'm meticulous and lazy at the same time) and I'd prefer to have a clean db to start with.
Or hey, if it's a completely empty database, if someone has figured out how to empty it without breaking it, then that would be even better!
Thanks!

It could sound stupid but, you probably cant play it. Comes with error I think...

Well, I'm not gonna play it, I'm gonna use it as a base and then build the database from there. And actually, judging by the decimated database I currently have, the game will automatically generate the players it thinks it needs without pulling data from the database. Apparently not every new player needs to be a regen.
EDIT: One could also take the Free Agent utility and modify it so that it changes the "Classification" and "Job for Club" parameters to invalid instead of what it does now... If there's a source code available for that... I don't know, maybe I could do it myself just through trial and error.

Never mind, I've fixed it myself. I just realized that since the task of making everyone invalid is just about doing the exact same motion over and over, maybe there's a program that can do that from me... As it turned out there were several dozens... So I just let the computer alone for half a day and it got through the entire database all by itself... If I only had thought of this earlier... *sigh*
(Still obviously have the Player/Non-Players in the database but can't really do anything about that can we....)
If someone wants it I could upload it. Even if no one's planning to build a patch from it, it's still an interesting and different challenge. Basically pretty much every auto-generated player (because the game does that) is horridly bad, you can't rely on signing a bunch of really great players to succeed, you can only do it through tactics, team building, and player reshaping.

I didn't understand every single word of your post but I might have use to that program.

Well, the one I used is called "Auto Clicker Typer"... Just do a Google search and you'll find it. Very basic but worked fine. But I'm sure there are better apps out there.
