EHM The Blue Line

I did a thorough search on how to perform an "expansion draft" and I did not come up with anything that remotely answered my question. My question is it possible to do an expansion draft? I'm getting the impression it's completely manual, and done through the Editor. Could anyone list some suggestions on how to perform this flawlessly and without much stress?

A true expansion draft is impossible in EHM. The number of teams in each league/conference/division is hard-coded, and cannot be altered without error.

The best you can do is replace existing teams, in which case, yes: that would all be done manually with the editor.
