Every year it seems the season starts off fine but then by the end of the year the Canucks are out like 11M and have to have the owners pay off the debts to avoid recievership. Why? and how can I stop this?
MOD NOTE: Changed the subject line to be a bit more descriptive/inclusive. If this is strictly a database editing issue, I may move it to the Editing and Add-ons forum. - B72

I'm having the same problem with Columbus. Though that is more realistic then Vancouver. Answers would be appreciated.

The money issue happens only with four canadian teams (exept Montreal and Toronto) and the very small market teams in US. You cannot do much about it once you started a dynasty.. but you can edit some important values to prevent this problem with the Pre Game Editor..
For the US teams all you need to do is to set their market size to bigger value, e.g 10 instead of 5.
With the four canadian teams, you would have to set the market size and fan support to 20, and then the club reputation to a higher value to have a good paycheck in the first season (9000 is a good value, although the board expectations could go up).
