Question: How do you get younger players in the Elistren? For your J20 and J18 team...do they automatically go or do you have to sign them or scout them or something?

What's Elistren?

In Elitserien new junior players use to appear in the off-season as regens, you can also sign junior players from other teams, but as you said scout them first as some may be bad.
It's to sign junior players from other teams in Elitserien, so try to sign them from teams in Allsvenskan and teams in lower leagues.

They usually pops ups in the Pre-season and are viewed in dark green on your team roster bcause they doesnt have a contract, so you can sign them or just send them to your junior under 18 team och 20.
