I could use some help, Im coaching a team in the Swedish Elitserien. And I can have a Team budget on 30 millions and I only have like 15.
The problem is that I every month goes minus with around 5 millions? I have 3,2 millions incomes/ month and 5.6 millions expence and almost 3 millions on that expense is something called Övrigt (remaining expense)
So I wonder what this remaining is for expense, so I can adjust that and not go minus every month
Cause if Im gonna go plus I can only have a team salary on maybe 2-5 millions and thats not working, no team in Sweden have that kind a salary.

When playing a team in the NHL u can balance the income/ expense by looking at the budget- team salary and roof but how do I do that in the other series?

I'll preface this but saying that I've never ran a Swedish team and have no idea how they work. Have you looked at your staff costs? Was there a bunch of money spent on coaches or scouts? Other than that, I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Nope thats not where the money goes, my staff dont have that much salary, I have counted.
Thats what I dont understad, I cant find what this Remaining expense is for? and Its very tough to balance the economy for the team when u have this, and the thing is that its different every month and even If Im not doing anything like buying a player etc.

Like the last season I tried to reduce It by letting a player of his contract. (he had 1,4 million/ year) I tought this would make a different in my economy but instead I started to loose even more money every month, its wierd.
Most team have much higher salarys then mine 15 millions so I dont understand this.

You don't need to go plus. As long as you have money to sign guys and arent getting in trouble from the board you should be a-okay. You should post a picture of you finances, to give us some help.

Thanks everyone for trying to help but I removed the new Lidas 2.2 and Im now playing with the Lidas 2.1 and when playing with that patch there are no problem with the economy?
I still have allmost the same rooster now as when I had Lidas 2.2 and the same salary but with the 2.1 I dont loose millions every month, could there maybe be a problem in the 2.2 that makes the economy goes wierd? some of my friends who are playing with the 2.2 are also having this problem that they loose a couple of millions all the time.

I can say that the last season I played with the 2.2 I reduced my team salary to only 7 millions (I was allowed to have 30 millions) and I still had the exact same problem, loosing up to 7 millions every month on this remaining expense? I couldnt find any way to get this expense under controll, 7 millions was with every player I had under contract and also all of my staff and so on???

Yeah I have the same problem

I can fill in here, now when Im playing with the 2.1 database, I have 500- 800´000 in remaining expense and not 7´000´000 that I allways had in the 2.2 database so I guess something isnt right there.

I'm now playing 5th season with RoKi. After first season I got promoted to Finnish Mestis and have played there ever since. Balance is +1.1M and my player budget is still only 140K/year... What can I do to get my player budget higher? The balance is steadily rising but player budget is not so I have not succeeded as I want.

Try to make extra funds available?
Or edit your budget with the Saved-Game Editor.

The two things that I can ask are "Extra time to rebuild team" and "Expand training facilities"

Okay with SG-Editor I managed to double up my player budget (now it's 270K/year) and compared to other teams that is average... (Vaasan Sport has over 400K/year)

How is it with your chairman? I used to have a really bad one with the Oilers but when we switched ownership the economy was boosted.
