Now i demand a explanation to the Hardcoded thing...
There must be a way to "hack" these hardcoded files and be able to change leagues..
Thank you

You demand? You hack? Well at least you said thank you. The rest of that post is not that cool. Hacking breaks the copyright, you can try if you want, but I don't want to know about it, and I am sure noone around here does either.

Thats true.. didnt know that breaking the hardcoded meant violating the copyright..
I apologise for that remark!
the thing is i'm so annoyed that i cant seem to keep my players in my league (Swedish Elitserien) and there is nothing i can afford due to the finances of the SEL..
and the thing is that i really like the SEL and need to know how to keep my players for once

Wow, have you never used the editor?
Using that you can change teams' financial status, the teams' reputation, league reputation and more.

I have used it but then it gets so unrealistic no matter what i do with it for example Rögle signs marian hossa for a 1million kr/year contract turning down an offer from the red wings for god knows how much!
i just change reputations, league standard, and the nations "quality" then after a while an error message shows up boom a whole season gone

That way Hossa could avoid the disappointment of a Stanley Cup loss. Sounds good to me.

This site has a fairly clear policy on non-hacking and I don't commit to having tried nor do I condone it. However, to give you a more clear answer so you understand the reluctance on the part of many people to bring it up copyright aside is it'd be very messy work. The Pre-Game Editor is built nice and easy for you as it uses an accessible and logical interface in a language you perfectly understand. If you wanted to alter the source code you're going to need familiarity with something like C++. Even then, you'd be decompiling the game file, make sure all your alterations are repeated within the game's logic than recompile. Even for a seasoned programmer it might just be easier to try and put together a new game.
The most you could possibly try is hex, of whose legality I am not sure about (I am pretty sure it's okay since most of the files that are hex-editable are infact the files the Pre-Game Editor edits). I doubt you'll be able to alter game logic through that to the degree you want, but you might find a few more things in there that would be better than simply using the pge.
So unfortunately you're going to either have to just suspend your disbelief or take up a new computer language
