Can't download Lidas Roster Update for 09-10 2.3

Hi,
Whenever i try to download 2.3 it comes up with;
This web page is not available.
The web page at null might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.

Does anybody know what the problem is and how i can get the update?
I have tried in IE, Firefox and Google Chrome, the closest I get is with IE when i get taken to the site its hosted on but when i click to download I just get a blank screen.
