Foreign goalies in Russia problem

Ok, rather than de-rail the new prospect trail completely, i'm going to start a new thread.

Anyone have any other solutions to the Russian goalie problem? My thought is to give a bunch of goalies who have been known to play in Russia secondary Russian citizenship so that when Russia goes to only Russian goalies in year three there is a larger goalie talent pool available to Russia and fewer NHL goalies going to Germany (which we all know is hockey's version of a vacation)...

The list I've come up with so far is:
Robert Esche
Travis Scott
Martin Prusek
Ray Emery
Petri Vehanen
Mikael Tellqvist
Bernd Bruckler
Yann Danis
Tyler Moss
Karri Ramo
Jeff Glass
Stephen Valiquette
Chris Holt
Scott Monroe
Michael Garnett
Erik Ersberg
Rastislav Stana
Stefan Liv
Jakub Stepanek
Sebastien Caron
Kevin Lalande

I see no major harm in doing this. There is the option in the editor to declare between different nationalities so they will probably not play for the Russian national team.

Would raising local reputation help? So they would get better offers?

And, the title is abit confusing, something should indicate to foreign goalies playing in Russia, cos theyre not exactly russian. ;)

The problem is not not getting offers. It is that no foreign goalies are allowed after two years

I don't know, but it is hard-coded so we can't change it. It is not that way IRL

So after 2 years the game just automatically releases all the foreign goalies in the RSL/KHL ?

They don't release them, but they can't dress for the games

Actually they do get released, which is why you see a ridiculous number of NA goalies playing in Germany
