[2008-09] Lidas Rosters 2008/09 v1.1

Updates NHL, AHL, ECHL, CHL, IHL, EPHL, OHL, NCAA, Swedish Elitserien, Swedish Allsvenskan, Swedish Juniors, Finnish, Russian, Czech Republic, Danish, Norwegian, and Swiss rosters to the 2008-09 season.
Changelist included in the readme.txt
