Something strange!

Hi...I'm new to this site and I'm very glad i found it! Alot of great things here.
Now over to the strange part. I've reinstalled the game after a couple of months away from it. I downloaded Smetana's Roster update, installed it and started a new game. I also have version 2.1.2. Now, after a long night of playing and doing all the preliminary stuff of the season I saved the game and closed it down. No problems so far. The next day I planed on continue so I sat down and clicked the icon...an I got "ehm2005.exe has...yada yada", you know when a program dosen't even start? I thought what in the blue hell is going on. I tried again...same thing. I rebooted my computer, left it on over the night, and tried again. All of a sudden it worked. "No problems" i thought. The save was OK and I continued. Then I had to go out so I saved and closed it. Later on that night I tried starting it up..."ehm2005.exe has...yada yada" again. I rebooted, and it worked.
Has anynone had this problem before? Anyone ever heard of it before? Is ther anyone who could help me with this little problem? It's really annoying that I have to reboot the computer everytime I want to play. And I've tried reinstalling the game, patch and update also. Help me...someone, please?

Are you running any antivirus software?

Just gonna move this thread over to General EHM Chat ;)

Could it have something to do with the refister? I know that I hade a error problem with FM, not the same as now. And I learned that if I went in to regedit and removed everything that had to do with the game...then it would work. So I tried that here to. Removed anything that has to do with Eastside...no luck.
