2d Player Indicators

Replacements for the 'circle' shaped player indicators in 2d match view.
These are designed to address problems with telling when a player is 'down' on the ice (blocking a shot, knocked down by another player, etc.). The default system can be difficult to see especially on the dark side.
So, these are more triangular and also designed for the 'dark' indicators to be lighter.
When a player goes down to the ice the triangle flips and becomes much darker. The lighter indicators will also show a v in the icon to help show a player is down on the ice.
See the screenshot showing two goalies down to block shots for examples.
It's a small change but a good one I think, it makes it much easier to see when players are called for tripping penalties etc and it's cool to see defense going down to block shots.
