Did some editing...now the game won't load

I have searched for something in the forums to help me and I can't find anything. If there is anything on here about it then I'm sorry I couldn't find it.
I did some editing in the Eastside Editor. The only thing I was working on was leagues in Canada and the U.S. When I then tried to load the game it said "Index Error: Unable to find the RSL_VOSOTKA_ZVEZD index." Can anyone figure out what's going on here?

That looks like it might be an issue related to a Russian RSL/KHL team. Did you do anything with a Russian league or team?

I haven't touched a Russian team since starting to edit Lidas'/Manimal's 3.0 Rosters. I had a few messages about some North American teams that I fixed up and then it started working again. But this doesn't seem to be a team, it looks more like a division in a league. I can't match it up to anything though. It's odd.

Zvezda means star so it could be the all-star game or team.
