I'd like to add a Manger so I can control my farm team, is there a way to delete him later?

If i cant delete him, what happens when I send him on vacation?

You can delete him by having him "Retire." Its at the bottom of the General Manager tab.

If you choose to go on vacation your AGM will run the team. Just set up your practice and lines and let the Head Coach take over the tactics.
