EHM The Blue Line

Tried a search, didn't find what I was looking for...so a quick question to pose:

When you change the date of birth (for example, making everyone a year older via pre-game editor) does it automatically subtract a year from that player's current contract? Or does do you have to change that manually?

It's manual, it isn't affected by date of birth.

Figured so. I did a little trial and error last night. Just wondered if there was a easier way. Blast! Thanks!

How can you mass decrease staff/player ages? Or does it only add years?

Use the latest version of mne2:s editor. You can both decrease or increase ages.

I too have searched and searched and have not been able to locate what I thought would be a simple find. This thread's title suggests it would be about exactly what I'm looking for.

Is there a way to change the following database items en masse?:

1. Date of Birth
2. Birth Year
3. Date Joined Club
4. Contract End Date
5. Draft Year
6. History TAB - Year

I'd like to take my heavily edited [2012-13] TBL Rosters v5.2 database and 'prepare' it for the upcoming season. I assume this is what Archibalduk and Manimal do with their rosters every summer as opposed to going in and changing every single players info one by one. Thanks.

Check out Archis blog, he has tools for most all of that I do believe, I have the draft year one on my computer anyway.

You can change all birth years in the Pre Game Editor.

Yes that's exactly what we do each release. I wrote a tool to do it but never released it because it wasn't very intuitive to use. I've written a new version and it is incorporated into the next version of the EHM Updater. I'll be releasing it either today or tomorrow. Keep an eye on my blog because I'll post the download link there once it's ready (here's the link to the blog).
