I need help please

Hello guys!

I recently found an old copy of my NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 CD and I remembered how cool this game was, so I decided to install it on my computer. The ID Order code is on the CD, so I entered the code and it said that all the license for the copy has already been used. I am the only user of this game and I've change my computer since the last time I've played it, so, I was wondering if there was any possibilities that I can switch one of my license to my actual computer, so I can play the full version game. I've send an e-mail to eLicense yesterday and they replied me with a ticket number and it says "Please use this ticket number [TN#....] in the subject for all your replies". So... Is that mean I should re-send my e-mail to them with this number in the title of my e-mail? Or should I just wait? I'm pretty sure I'm not the first one with this kind of problem...

Ok, so that's the first thing. The second thing is that the game starts in 2006-07. I'd like to play with the 2010-11 roster, so I made a few search on google and found this website (nice job, btw). I downloaded the latest version of the game (Patch 3.0.4), plus the Custom Start Date Patch and finally the latest roster update this one, the Manimal 4.0. I told me I could start a new game and just continue it after the license problem will be settle. So I launched the game with the patch, try to create a new game with the Minimal 4.0 database and it gives me this :

How can I fix this problem?

The CSD Patch is not compatible with the CD version of the game.

We ask that users try performing a forum search before posting a question because often an answer has already been posted and we can help you more quickly. Anyway, we have a thread about CSD Patch questions here.

I see that although you have EHM on a CD-ROM, you actually have the eLicense version of the game so it's not the CD-ROM version per se (the true CD version is free from eLicense). So your copy of the game should be compatible.

Actually, I don't think there's any problem with the CSD patch... I've tried to start a new game without the CSD patch with the Manimal 4.0 satabase and it just gives me the same error message. :S

Ok, good news, somehow, I found one of my old PC and uninstall the license, so I can install it on the computer I'm currently using.

I've tried to start a new game with the CSD Patch for both the Manimal 4.0 and the version you ask me to try on your previous post. I've also tried it without using the CSD Patch and it still gives me the same fatal error message.

Maybe I forgot to install something, like a patch or an update. I have downloaded the 3.0.4 Patch plus the CSD patch...

Are you able to change the language to English? Does that prevent the error?

I have change the language to English and I still have the same error message...

OK!!! Here's some good news for me!

I've finally found my problem! For some reason, when I loaded the Manimal 4.0 roster, one file (nat_club.dat) didn't load correctly. I just extract it on my desktop, than copy it to the Manimal database and everything is working perfectly!!

Thanks a lot for you help guys, very appreciated!

So... in the future, if someone else have the same problem, they should check if their Zip extractor did the right job.
