I was wondering if after a few years of being a GM in the CHL if i could get a job in the AHL and than NHL?

Yes this can be done, it all depends on how you do and what jobs are available. I currently have a season going where I started in the WHL, moved to the OHL and just finished my first season in the ECHL.
