EHM The Blue Line

Hi.

I've got a new computer and still have a license for using EHM 07. But where can i get from, when i don't have a CD. I bought a download when i first bought it.

Install the Try and Buy demo from here:

Register you existing licence and done.

P.S. I may be wrong, so you might wanna wait for one or the experts to reply.

You should have got your licence in mailbox that you used during the purchase.

My computer won't download the try and buy. It says theres an error, that it can't save it on the computer

Maybe your hard drive is full? It is a larger file 120MB or something, other than that I don't see why you couldn't.

Someone might have an alternate link you can use, this is the one I found using google.

Some virus scanners think there's a trojan present but it's actually the online activation system. It's nothing to worry about (assuming you've downloaded it from a reputable website of course).

How do I get it to work then, I can't start the game because it keeps saying theres an virus

Offtopic but I've lost the license when I installed the windows again. Can I somehow get it back? Do I need to buy a new one? If it even can buy.

Thanks a lot! Hopefully they can help.

I've lost my game a couple of times, and filling that form has always helped me get my license back. Give them a couple of days to reply.

Ignore it, or add it as exception to your virus protection, if that's possible. You could also try to contact your antivirus provider and tell them that this game is being falsely classified as a virus. I did that once with F-Secure and on the next update the program in question was no longer considered a virus and I could run it.

So...like archi said before...where did you get the game? Reputable site, or one that is handing out the cracked version, or some crazy whack nut's site?

Try switching your antivirus off for the duration of the installation.

It only works when I shut down AVG. But I don't know if I'm willing to do that, or how smart it is!

There's three options I can think of:

1) Add an exception in AVG for the relevant files (i.e. ehm2007.exe and lcmmfu.cpl)
2) Disable AVG when you want to play EHM
3) Uninstall AVG and use another virus scanner

Personally, I'd go for option #3 as it's the safest. I use MS Security Essentials (although it sounds like a suite of tools, it's actually just a virus scanner) and it has no problem with EHM. Now I got F-Secure, and it still wont start... I have given up

Just turn off your virus stuff. Installing EHM isn't going to give your computer a virus.

I still haven't found a solution to this problem, it doesn't help turning off my anti-virus or similar... But it works fine on my laptop, which is pretty old og useless
