EHM The Blue Line

I'm on November 7th 2007, and when I went to go into a game, and it asked me to update my jersey numbers, as I had just signed Ray Whitney as a depth player. As soon as I go in, the date keeps switching with "Updating 4%" but it isn't going past four, and I can't really do anything

Help!
