Can't Seem to Score on Even Strength

Hey, I'm currently in my third season as GM and this problem started occurring in the second year of the playoffs and is continuing on into the third season. For some reason my team (The Canucks) cannot seem to score on even strength, when the opposing team is taking penalties the team can score about 4 goals a game, but that doesn't help when the opposing team is good at staying disciplined. I've tried messing around with the lines but it hasn't made much of a difference, so if anyone can give me a couple of suggestions I'd appreciate it. Trade Deadline is a few days away, so I might have to make some trades.

My current lineup:

1: D. Sedin - H. Sedin - B. Ryan
2: M. Michalek - B. Morrison - M. Naslund
3. J. Bulis - T. Linden - M. Cooke
4. T. Pyatt - T. Green - R. Bourque

This is the line I made to get some depth scoring but unless we're on the powerplay, it doesn't seem to help.

Do you coach the games yourself? If you do, you need to change your tactics every few games. Nothing major, just breakouts and neutral ice. What database are you using? Go Sedin-Sedin-Naslund.

There is an official "Help me with my team" thread, and if I was you I'd take an hour and read through the entire Even Strength tactics thread.
