EHM The Blue Line

Hello.

So I'm trying to help my friend get his EHM set up established and we'd like to use the CSD patch to make the starting year set to 2012. He has download both Microsoft Visual C++ and Micsrosoft .NET Framework 4.5 (I think it was 4.5, but it was definitely above 4.0). We un'rard the csd patch executable into his main installation folder, but whenever he double clicks the patch, we get an error from Windows 7 that says CSD Patch has Stopped working and it immediately closes down.

We've disabled the UAC and we've tried running with administrative priveleges--nothing changes. We've followed the step directions step by step and it doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone help us figure this out?

Hmm this is a new one on me! I haven't heard of the Patch crashing before.

Try downloading the CSD Checker: https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=A0FA740E ... C5C5%21280

Load EHM so that you are at the Starting Screen (the screen with all of the buttons that say New Game / Load Last Game / etc) and then run the CSD Checker. Does that work?
