What does consistency do?

What does consistency do?

So im wondering what does consistency do or help.

Consistency means how consistent the player is to maintain a certain level of performance. The higher the value, the more consistant the player is.

I started to play with the orginal rosters and cannot find the "consistency" from the Information-paige on the players bio.

My question is, how can i add this to the game? I know it has been added at least to the newest lidas-rosters.

With the saved game editor, you need to add DEBUG_MODE to config xtra file, I think it's discussed somewhere. :dunno:
