tactics download

i have tried to download the tactics files in the 2007 section but, each time it tells me my pc doesn't hae the program to open them, exactly what kind of software do i need?

You put them in the games/tactics folder on your My Computer/Sports Interactive/Ehm 2007 folder, then you open the game go to your team's tactics section and load the tactics from one of the dropdown menus in the upper right corner.

The tactics are archived in .rar filetype. When you download them the first thing you need to do is to extract those files. You can do this with either of the following programs (both freeware):

http://www.brothersoft.com/download-izarc-23348.html

Pick one of those, install them. Then pick your tactics, right click-> extract to... choose your ehm tactics folder as destination.
Play the game.

oh, i thought they were set up to just download and print or whatever.

okay now when i tried to open them with the adobe pdf software and now when i download them even though i open the rar, and put it in the folder they are marked as adobe as soon as i download them how can i change this?
