Guide to the .col File Updated in Knowledge Base

Post by Minstrel »

I've finally worked through to figure out all the bizarre options for colorization of text and buttons via a skin's .col file.

Most recently added are some really bizarre settings I've been stumped on before :swamped:

This now includes the colorization of the names for your NHL contracted players playing in Canada's Juniors, the colors of the names for your unsigned prospects and a few other oddities. For example?

There is an option UIC_PLAYER_UNSIGNED_PROSPECT but that actually colors the names of your NHL contracted players that are at the AHL for example that you see when you go to the 'All Contracted' roster view. To change the colors of the listing in your 'Unsigned Prospects' roster view you of course have to change this setting instead: UIC_PLAYER_OUT_ON_TRY_OUT. Makes perfect sense right? Welcome to the ](*,) that is the .col file.

Lucky for you I have the whole thing figured out, all you have to do is look up the number of the item you need. You can find the guide in our new Knowledge Base area under Graphics Guides. 8-)
