Why after installing Lidas Database 3.0 players have changed the year of birth?

Changing player birth dates is necessary to compensate for the inability to change the game's start date. Without changing the dates, today's prospects and young players would be too young to be where they should.

how recent transfers recorded in the database? deadline has passed I would like to quickly start a renewed line-up play
all teams do not promise, not a lot of free time
