DMB Update

Post by shooter_80 »

I hope most of you have settled in nicely and things are going well with your teams. There is always adjustment to a sim schedule and not moving the game forward yourself but that will come with time. There has not been a lot of movement yet in the league, which if I am honest, is good to see GM's are sitting back and making sure they understand their team first.

After around 15 games in DMB, Stars GM bloc85 is leading the league with 24pts with the Avs not too far behind with 22pts. It seems at the moment that the West is stronger than the East (just like in DMA :-D)!

Being the first season in DMB, we do have a special announcement to make on your chance for promotion to DMA. This season, both Stanley Cup finalists will be promoted to DMA. Only 1 GM from DMA will be relegated. Good luck to all and I would love to hear how you all are finding online play so far.

We do have 6 teams available at the moment for new GM's who want to try their hand at online play and play against other "human GM's" other than the AI. Here is a list of the teams that are available:

Atlanta
Chicago
Columbus
Edmonton
Florida
Nashville
NY Islanders
Philadelphia

The last two of these teams selected will be held by the AI.

Any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact myself or the VP DMB.

Not sure how long I'll stay at the top as I've got quite a few injuries.

Took a bloody while, but I finally popped my PP cherry :joy:
The guys seem to have stepped up their game anyways, Rolston ended his dry streak and moving him to the 4th line only seemed to pick up his moral (he went 0 and -6 in the first 9 games) :-D
