Minstrel Whiteout: Ice

Minstrel: Whiteout - Ice is a snowy white skin with minty blue and grey accents. Recently updated and now with a special alternate set of Ice Titlepanels that tie the 'bars together with the new background/theme.

This skin pushes the limit of just how much the game's colors can be modified via skinning & an almost complete colorization overhaul in the .col file. The radical re-colorization led to a reinventing of most of the games graphical elements to match.
