Is there a way to "fake" the DB? I mean, fake players names, without having to do it manually.

I've had bad experiences with unticking "Use real players names" when starting a game, the game always changes nationalities and screw ups CA/PA ratios, and I believe all player's history is erased.

Since it's all fantasy, I would like a fake players pool, if possible.

I guess it depends a bit on how much you have "modified" the DB.....have you added players who have turned pro since 2006? If the DB has all "current players" then a 2011 start date makes more sense to me...

That's my two cents...

Yeah, I would only do it if there's a mass contract editing tool, or something like that.

My DB now is an original one, with original players ages from 2006 and team staff, except for what I've changed for the purpose of this Canadian NHL DB.

As I stated in the post above, I would love if it could be a fake players DB.
