Hey!
I played one season EHM and now its summer in the game. But my players condition have dropped a lot! End of the season condition of players were about 99-100% but now 59%. What can I do?

They are training during the summer. That is what's making them tired.
Remember to rest them some days before your pre-season begins and you'll be fine
