Running Just Three Lines

Post by nilbog87 »

Does anyone on here run just the top three offensive lines? If so, do your players have more injuries or stay tired longer (i.e. would my players still be able to play back to back games and not be completely worn out?). Would anyone on here suggest running three lines a useful tactic over the course of a season? I would go test this myself right now, however the the hockey game is on and I couldn't wait, lol.

My thought is the players should not be more tired providing all the line play equal amount of minutes.

Also, I had no luck finding my answer using the search function.

Thanks.

I apologize. This should have been asked in the tactics topic. Sorry mods.
