does anyone know what it does?
Its in the arena tab, and some have nearby arenas, while some like General Motors place and Pacific Colosseum dont even though it seems logical that they would be each other's

This is a personal view on what it might be in the database, because of it being made by SI games. I imagine it's so when you decided to 'build new arena' or upgrade you'd then have to play elsewhere until the arena is competed. Same as what happens in Football Manager. I'd also imagine this was programmed into the database but not implemented into the actual game. Same as the building new arena/expanding supposedly doesn't work on EHM
